The Mikado Collection is inspired by the game “Pick a stick” we used to play in childhood.
Tubes of copper, brass, or stainless steel, which remind us of the Mikado sticks game, are cut at precise angles and fitted with great accuracy in the furniture providing much-needed support. Each tube can hold a flower, turning this console table even more surprising and unique.
Designed to be an entryway table, the form of the Console Table is light and fluid, with the tabletop appearing to float over the finely crafted legs.
The console houses two discrete drawers and many different customized options. Like other pieces in this collection, this one is also considered by many as a sculpture.
In 2018, it won a “Silver A’ Design Award” in the “Furniture, Decorative Items, and Homeware Design” category.
